What this screen establishes
Reachability and readiness reported by each configured service; fresh, signed inventory heartbeats from enrolled GPU agents; and the persisted Bench events below.
What it does not establish
A GPU heartbeat is inventory, not hardware attestation. Operator labels are configuration, not legal independence. The KMS currently declares software executor attestation as a fixture.
